Hanoon Password Generator
Privacy Policy
Generated secrets stay on your device. This page explains temporary page memory, clipboard use, preferences, and consent-gated measurement.
Generated secrets stay on your device
Passwords, passphrases, and PINs are generated in your browser with the Web Crypto API. Generated secrets are not sent to Hanoon servers and are not persisted by this service.
Temporary history and clipboard use
The page can keep up to 20 generated values in volatile page memory for the current visit. Reloading or leaving the page clears that in-page history.
When you choose Copy, the selected value is written to your device clipboard. Your browser and operating system control how long clipboard content remains available.
Preferences and consent-gated measurement
Locale and theme preferences can be stored in browser storage and cookies so the interface remains consistent across Hanoon services.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after analytics consent. Generated-secret values are not included in analytics events, and secret output surfaces are masked from Clarity.
Data used to operate the service
Hanoon Password Generator may process technical data that is required to deliver the site, keep sessions stable, protect the service, and, after consent, measure product quality.
Depending on the service, this can include cookies and localStorage values, consent-gated analytics or usage measurement, authentication or session data, media delivery requests, or messages that you intentionally submit through support flows.
Browser-side tools
Many Hanoon tools are designed to work primarily in the browser. When a tool can complete its job locally, your working content may remain on your device.
If a service needs third-party infrastructure such as authentication, storage, consent-gated analytics or usage measurement, or form handling, only the data needed to operate that feature should be used.
Your choices
Analytics and usage measurement are enabled only after the applicable consent choice. Hanoon may store that choice and other session or preference values in cookies and localStorage, which you can review or clear through browser settings.
You can control theme and locale preferences through browser storage settings. You can also avoid submitting optional personal information through support or contact flows.
If you have a privacy question about Hanoon, use the main contact page and include the service name and URL in your message.
